Kaye is the ideal yoga instructor. 

She explains and demonstrates the poses before the practice, then coaches and corrects us during the practice. 

She is not clinical or intimidating. She is friendly, encouraging, soothing. She is also funny and human. 

What I enjoy most is Kaye's Gentle Flow Yoga class. It is just the right balance of challenge and doability. It ‘stretches’ you (double meaning intended), but only within your reach (double meaning intended again).
