Ever wonder what 2022 has in store for you?
Who am I kidding. Of course you do. We all do? We can't help but wonder! But since we can't know everything, we can at least sense the general energy that 2022 has in store for us!
To do this, I used only the Major Arcana cards of the Light Seer's Tarot to get an energy reading of 2022. At the end of it, you get to pick a card that will help you approach and make a brilliant 2022!
(For the learners out there, the way I do general energy readings is via the MBS or Mind-Body-Spirit spread, which picks up the energies affecting the mental, physical, and spiritual states of the querent. That, and with the intention of how we can affect these states towards how we want our 2022 to be.)

Mind-Body-Spirit Energy Reading for 2022
MIND | The Moon
The general feel of overwhelm and that sense of being "at a loss" envelopes the mind state in 2022.
In general, you may find that your plans for 2022 has a big chance of making you spread yourself too thin among all your responsibilities, not to mention the general demand of life on you... love, career, family, passion, own venture, etc.
The difficulty lies in NOT KNOWING or in KNOWING TOO MUCH (overload) that you just want to drown yourself away, letting the sea swallow you whole.
PS: The water/sea here can represent your emotions or the burdens that prevent you from ever taking a breath.
BODY | The Lovers
There is a sense of longing for self care and to be cared for at this time, more than the want for caring for another. So take a good look at how you've been loving yourself lately and maybe give a little more love to yourself this time around.
Since this card comes into the space of the BODY, what this tells us is to get off the couch NOW and do something about our current health situation.
This could be eating better, sleeping better, moving more, etc. The Lovers represents the kind of love you're giving to yourself; your relationship with yourself. So see if there is a physical neglect that's happening and do something about it.
SPIRIT | The Star (R)
Our 2022 resolutions are great hints to what we feel we may be lacking.
Whatever it is that you feel you're lacking in order to make 2022 great, you already have it. It's probably already there staring you right at the face!
And this is the general theme for 2022 as applied to what you feel you're lacking in spirit. You may feel like your efforts are not being acknowledged or your prayers are not being heard. But it's all probably because it's already there and what's needed is a widening of the eyes and the relaxations of the "controls" you put on how your wishes are fulfilled so that you can recognize that your wish has come true!
